I adore these videos. Clara is awesome.

It’s interesting she mentions this time why she never uses a cutting board. I’ve seen her cutting vegs in her hands before, and thought if I tried it I’d be a sliced up mess. She did use a cutting board to cut the hotdogs in “Poorman’s Feast.”
