MissingPieces4U asked:

The excellent Nintendo Wii game for all budding chefs! Cook with fun yet safety. Can't burn the house down, like with those Easy Bake ovens! Just the game for you, Alton and Rachael! My daughter and I love this game. Excellent use of the Wii-mote for cooking motions. Wii play Wii and wii have Wii stuff at missing-pieces.com too! @RinLockhart The game was made in Japan. They probably DID have a JAPANESE english speaking actress. Probably sounded fine to them. Just like here, to make a japanese game, we’d hire an American who spoke Japanese, with a bad Boston accent! :-)

I wonder why they didn’t get an English actress for the voice? If it wasn’t for the speak bubbles, I wouldn’t understand a word she’s saying.

@DraciaNightcat I’ve noticed its motions are different and more complex than most games and are VERY sensitive to the angle of the wiimote and your angle to the sensor bar. Stay RIGHT in front and keep the angle consistent. You can lounge around in this game. ;-)

@flmae46 And don’t you DARE play a car racing, skateboarding, or a gangster game! Go out and drive, skate and … oh gee, maybe you shouldn’t!

Get a life on your hypocrisy, all you whiners and mockers! Its a game, that’s it. Horrors, not a subject you’d want to play… THEN WHY DID YOU WATCH THE VIDEO? Not all video games are for 14-24 male morons who want to kill things.

I have this game on the Wii… does anyone else find it to be unresponsive 50% of the time? I’ll be stirring and it won’t pick it up, or i’ll try to peel a carrot and the hand won’t move. It isn’t my wiimote because other games don’t have that problem.

Ok, as annoying as “Mama” would get after awhile, I gotta say it looks like fun. I’m getting a Wii for x-mas and I’m exploring my options here. Thanks for the video!
